Deadpool & Wolverine becomes highest grossing “R rated film” of all time, creating a double streak win for Disney.

Ryan Reynold’s “Deadpool” gets “tagged back in” for a third installment, as Hugh Jackman’s “Wolverine” gets “taken off the shelf” and thrown back in for more action, where the duo’s movie creates a combustious explosion of hilarious chemistry, terrific battles, rememberable jokes and gags, jaw-dropping cameos, and more multiversal shenanigans. All this combined finishes the procedure, and results in Pool & Wolv successfully turning in their work; creating the “highest grossing R rated film of all time”!

Although certainly exciting, this comes as no surprise to fans who have been tracking the “Murk’s” and “X-men’s” box office cash-in, as the two have put in “maximum effort” slicing and clawing their way to the top of charts. But not only that, but fans soon realized this film had the potential to defeat other legendary R-rated “superhero” film that currently held the throne of biggest R-rated film, DC’s, “The Joker” (2019).

This makes for two very eventful months for Disney, as Pixar takes the gold for “Inside Out 2”, becoming the highest grossing animated film in history. (Read the snipet review on that, alongside my Inside Out 2 review.) Now, coming in second place for Disney’s “billion dollar winners”, but gold in “R-rated winners” comes Deadpool and Wolverine, joining the colorful cast of Riley’s emotions on the podium! (I like to imagine Joy shaking Deadpool’s hand with open arms as she welcomes him to the “billion dollar” club, whilst Anger and Wolverine create mutual respect for each other with a simple head nod. Deadpool and Disgust will later get into a sass-off.)

And on the topic of the company that will be making Hugh Jackman “do it till he’s 90”, Disney’s D23, a showcase of all upcoming Disney-related projects, revealed large upcoming drops, such as Incredibles 3 being in development, Toy Story 5 (I don’t have time to talk about this one…), Lilo and Stitch “live-action”, Zootopia 2 teasers, and more. Marvel has also made a large impact on the biggest (and my favorite) battle royale game, “Fortnite”. The pass includes a terrific Gwenpool skin, accompanied by absolute FIRE Deadpool and Wolverine skins currently in the shop.

Deadpool and Wolverine is currently playing in all theaters, making for the most satisfying win for the MCU verse as of late. Also check out my art below!!
